Below is a list of Sub-processors engaged by FareHarbor in accordance with the Terms of Service for Providers (“Terms of Service”) for carrying out processing activities on Booker Data on behalf of you (as defined in the Terms of Service). FareHarbor will inform you, through the Dashboard or otherwise, of any (intended) changes concerning the addition or replacement of Sub-processors as included in the list below and update this page to reflect such changes. USA Amazon Web EMEA SARL We use Amazon for our cloud computing infrastructure, website hosting and data hosting. USA Close (Elastic Inc.) We use Close (Elastic Inc.) as our customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage our interactions with you. USA dLocal Limited We use dLocal as a platform for processing payments. Malta Google LLC (Google Workspace) We use Google LLC (Google Workspace) for email communications (Gmail) and may share internal documents on Google Drive. USA Mixpanel Inc. We use Mixpanel Inc. to analyze user behavior, understand how people interact with our products, and improve our user experience. USA OneTrust LLC We use OneTrust LLC to manage privacy topics, including your data subject access requests and cookie consent preferences. USA OpenAI Inc. We use OpenAI Inc. to provide access to our internal help documentation and answer questions you may have. USA PayPal Holdings, Inc. (PayPal) We use PayPal Holdings, Inc. to process payments. USA Sendgrid, Inc. We use Sendgrid to send email communications if you instruct us to do so. USA Slack Technologies, Inc. We use Slack for internal communications. USA Sophi, Inc. We may use Sophi to provide call center customer services if you instruct us to do so. Philippines Stripe, Inc. We use Stripe as our primary platform for processing payments. USA Twilio, Inc.
