According to various privacy laws, these companies are also accountable for protection of an individual’s personal data. Data protection obligations of sub-processors are to be established by way of contract or other legal acts under the Union or Member State law. This includes providing sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures as specified in the regulation. Delve AI uses sub-processors (listed below), to assist in providing services as described in the our Terms of Service or a similar services agreement customers may have signed with us. Agreements As part of Delve AI’ revised Terms of Service & Privacy Notice for compliance, Delve AI provides all customers a data processing agreement (DPA) that covers its obligations under applicable privacy legislations. You can find our DPA here. Delve AI commits to keep this list updated regularly, to enable Controllers stay informed of the scope of sub-processing associated with Delve AI services. Infrastructure & Services Sub-processors: Delve AI products and services operate on cloud platforms, listed in the table below. Delve AI holds control and access to personal data hosted on these services, and resides in corresponding data center facilities in the mentioned region. Personal data subsequently remains in the data center unless, shifted to ensure performance and availability of services, or specifically agreed between the Controller and Delve AI as per needs of the Controller. The following table describes the services and purpose for which these third-party service providers have been engaged. To be able to provide specific functionality within its products and services, Delve AI partners with third-party services. These entities are Sub-processors with access to personal data (limited to purpose and use of indicated services) and are listed in the table below: List of Sub-processors SUB-PROCESSOR PURPOSE DATA CENTER REGION(S) Amazon Web Services, Inc. Almost all data stored, processed and transmitted through Delve AI products and services resides in Amazon Web Services data centers. United States Google Cloud Platform Secondary cloud infrastructure provider for Delve AI, data is stored and processed in Google Cloud Platform data centers. United States Twilio/Sendgrid Email & notifications service provider. Used for emails and notifications that are triggered programmatically. United States Open AI/ChatGPT Conversational/language models and generative AI services provider. United States Anthropic/Claude Conversational/language models and generative AI services provider. United States Google/Gemini Conversational/language models and generative AI services provider. United States Stripe, Inc. Payment processor. Used for online payment processing - accepting payments, managing subscriptions and sending payouts. United States Firebase Google's mobile development platform. Notifications that are triggered programmatically are sent to Android phones via Firebase. United States Microsoft Clarity User behavior analytics software. For heatmaps and session recordings.
