For example, we may terminate a service provider to consolidate and reduce the service provider’s usage. Similarly, we may add service providers if we believe adding them would improve our ability to offer subscription services. During such cases – ZINFI informs relevant stakeholders, including customers and employees, about changes to service providers and provides clear timelines and details about the transition process. By proactively managing changes in service providers, we ensure that our business remains agile and capable of meeting evolving customer needs. This approach allows us to continuously improve our services while maintaining high security and compliance standards. ★★★★★ Rated 97/100 on G2 | A Leader in Customer Satisfaction Ready to Scale Your Partner Ecosystem?
