Data Sub-Processors A Data sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by True Anthem who has or potentially will have access to or process Service data (which may contain personal data). Data sub-processors never store data outside of the scope of their specific purpose. We use a commercially reasonable selection process by which we evaluate the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or otherwise process Service data. True Anthem engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained below: Cloudflare, Inc. Purpose: Content distribution, security, abuse prevention and DNS services for web traffic transmitted to and from the Service and the marketing web site Data shared with sub-processor: Browser information Data processing location: United States Google, Inc. Purpose:Cloud Infrastructure for the Service and Google Workspace for office automation Data shared with sub-processor: Name and email address for account identification and communication Data processing location: United States Heap Inc. Purpose: Marketing web site analytics service that captures and reports how users interact with the web site Data shared with sub-processor: Marketing web site activity and site form-provided information Data processing location: United States Infusion Software, Inc. Purpose: E-mail marketing for Service demonstrations requests and Company newsletter subscriptions Data shared with sub-processor: Opt-in by explicitly sharing name and email address Data processing location: United States Pendo.io, Inc. Purpose: Captures how users anonymously interact with the Service and provides usage guidance to Service users Data shared with sub-processor: Anonymous Service usage data Data processing location: United States Slack Technologies, LLC Purpose: Internal communication and real-time support for our customers Data shared with sub-processor: Slack username for customer communication Data processing location: United States Zendesk, Inc. Purpose: Provide services in relation with the processing of customer support for Service Data shared with sub-processor: Opt-in to sharing name and email with support requests Data processing location: United States Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Purpose: Online video meeting provider used during real-time support sessions and business meetings Data shared with sub-processor: Email addresses used for meeting invites Data processing location: Global RB2B, Inc.
