Customer Support Services - used for ticketing Australia, Germany, Ireland, Japan, USA Demandbase Entities The following Demandbase Group entities may act as either a Processor or a Sub-Processor, depending on which Demandbase Group entity your contract is with. All Demandbase Group entities that might act as Sub-Processors are included for completion. Sub-Processor Purpose Primary Location(s) Demandbase, Inc. Personnel from all Demandbase entities work to provide customer support and other data processing in order to deliver contracted services to our Customers. For each Customer, there is one Demandbase entity that signs the contract with the Customer. The other two entities that are NOT the contracting entity for that Customer are sub-processors.
