Honeycomb • Services provision United States of America Honeycomb.io (“Honeycomb”) has access to information associated with user session time, IP address, browser information, etc. for purposes of troubleshooting and user analytics. User data processed by Honeycomb is retained for the duration set forth in the user’s (or its organization’s) agreement with Scribe. WorkOS, Inc. • Services provision United States of America WorkOS, Inc. is used to configure SAML SSO for Enterprise customers who elect to use SSO. This product integrates customer identity and access management tools with Scribe for authentication purposes. User data processed by WorkOS is retained for the duration set forth in the user’s (or its organization’s) agreement with Scribe. Snowflake • Services provision and analytics United States of America Snowflake has access to user names, session data, and email addresses for purposes of marketing and advertisement. Snowflake is a subprocessor scoped to Scribe’s activities as a data controller as opposed to subprocessor activities. User data processed by Snowflake is retained for the duration set forth in the user’s (or its organization’s) agreement with Scribe. OpenAI • Services provision United States of America OpenAI is used to automatically create titles for Scribes and generate text for documents as prompted by the user. This product is leveraged in Scribe’s technology stack for service provision purposes. User data processed by OpenAI is retained for the duration set forth in the user’s (or its organization’s) agreement with Scribe and is not used to train any algorithm. Scaleflex SAS (“CloudImage”) • Services provision United States of America CloudImage is used to host images. This product is leveraged in Scribe’s technology stack for service provision purposes.
