Incidents
As more information about this incident becomes public, we want to remind customers to be cautious of unsolicited emails or messages claiming to be from AlertMedia or Klue. If you receive anything suspicious, do not click links or provide credentials. Contact us directly through the Trust Center.
AlertMedia is aware of the recently disclosed security incident involving Klue, in which a threat actor used stolen OAuth tokens to export CRM data from a number of Klue's customers, including AlertMedia.
Based on our review, no customer data within the AlertMedia platform or the systems supporting our products was affected. Upon being alerted, we immediately disabled Klue and revoked its access, rotated credentials for all third-party Salesforce integrations, and engaged Salesforce, Klue, and external experts to investigate.
Customers with questions regarding AlertMedia's security posture may contact our Information Security team through the Trust Center.

Clarification Regarding Recently Announced Anthropic Models on AWS
Compliance
AWS recently announced the availability of Anthropic Claude Fable 5 and Mythos-class capabilities through Amazon Bedrock.
AlertMedia does NOT currently use Claude Fable 5 or Anthropic Mythos-class capabilities within customer-facing product functionality, and customer data is not processed by these models as part of AlertMedia services.
The availability of a model through a cloud provider does not result in automatic adoption by AlertMedia. New AI models and capabilities are evaluated through AlertMedia's established security, privacy, legal, and compliance review processes before any production use is approved.
This statement applies specifically to Claude Fable 5 and Anthropic Mythos-class capabilities as announced by AWS on June 10, 2026.
