Adobe adobe.com As part of the Workfront Proof feature, Customers can upload videos to adjust viewer settings and add time-stamped comments. To facilitate this uploading, Brightcove provides Adobe transcoding services via their Zencoder product. This is used to return the video in a format suitable for preview display within Workfront. Brightcove has limited access to customer audio or video recordings when the service is requested.
